Thank you for supporting my art! Each T-shirt is designed by me and shipped directly from my home studio. Here's everything you need to know about shipping your order:

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. I personally check and package each shirt to ensure it arrives in great condition.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

I ship all orders via USPS.

Free Shipping 3–7 business days On orders over $50

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to carrier delays, especially around holidays.

📍 Where I Ship

Currently, I only ship within the United States. If you're located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact me to discuss custom shipping options.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

🌱 Packaging

Your order is folded and packed with care using eco-friendly or minimal packaging whenever possible.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived:

  1. First, check your tracking number.

  2. If the carrier shows no updates or your order is significantly delayed, please email me at asmilingheartart@gmail.com, and I’ll do my best to help.

✏️ Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I’m not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of ordering.
