Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

The item is not a custom or limited-edition piece
Please note: Because each design is made in small batches, exchanges depend on available inventory. I’ll let you know if your size/design is still in stock.

Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless I made a mistake with your order or the item arrived damaged
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email me at aSmilingHeartArt@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. I’ll replace it or refund you — no hassle.
